Federalsburg Industrial Park

The Federalsburg Industrial Park is one mile from downtown Federalsburg on MD Rt. 313. Encompassing 250 acres, the park features existing industrial structures and several privately owned industrial building sites. The park is equipped with electricity, water and sewer, broadband internet access, paved roads, and fire and police protection. The Maryland & Delaware Railroad line borders the park.

The newest of Federalsburg’s three industrial parks, Frank M. Adams Industrial Park is located adjacent to the Federalsburg Industrial Park and just one mile from the center of downtown. This park features existing structures and three prepared industrial sites on 22 acres. The park is served by the Maryland & Delaware Railroad line. It is also equipped with electricity, water and sewer, broadband internet access, paved roads, and fire and police protection.

Mid-Shore Regional Technology & Business Park

The Mid-Shore Regional Technology and Business Park provides the unique opportunity to build a new facility that is perfectly suited to your needs. The park is located two miles from beautiful downtown Ridgely. The park encompasses 72 developable acres and is equipped with electricity, water and sewer, broadband internet access, paved roads, sidewalks, streetlights, and fire and police protection. A strong incentive package may be offered for qualifying businesses that develop property within the park.
