New Look and Features Designed to Better Support Local Business Community
Labor Day has come and gone, Ocean City beach traffic is subsiding, kids are back in school, and it’s time to get back to work before the holidays. With this in mind, we’re excited to announce our new website, with a new look and new features. We hope you have some time to take a look and let us know your thoughts.
Since I started this past January, I’m also relatively new to my role as Director of Caroline County Economic Development and Tourism. I’m fortunate to have already met many stakeholders in this county where I love to live and love to work. I’m always glad to meet and get to work with new acquaintances, so please take some time to get to know me. We hope you find our new website, www.CarolineBusiness.com, easier to navigate and explore some of its new content. We will highlight the website’s features in coming weeks, like Business Planning & Startup, and Business Resources including workforce development solutions.
One new feature I’m excited to share is REsimplifi, a new tool on our featured properties page. REsimplifi provides information on commercial, industrial and agricultural properties that are on the market through an interactive map. This map and data will be updated monthly. If you are a property broker in Caroline County that is not included, or if you own commercial property that is for sale/lease by owner, please contact us to create a listing. Of course, if you see a property that interests you, please let us know. We’re here to assist you with your plans to grow in Caroline.
