Caroline Technology Park

 

The Caroline Technology Park is currently located in Ridgely, Maryland.

The Caroline Technology Park is being constructed in multiple phases.

Phase 1 completed with:

• Office and commercial spaces of @ 500,000 square feet. (No buildings have been built)
• Paved Parking lots
• Critical infrastructure in place including: municipal water, sewer, electric

The Park is located near the Town of Ridgely adjacent to the Ridgely Airport, (runaway to be lengthened to 5,000 feet).

 

Caroline County is a rural county on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Ridgely is approximately two hours to the cities of Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington. The Park is located 10 miles from the major business center of Denton.
